Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GaugeSEO (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by MKSolutions (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GaugeSEO is a white-label SEO reporting tool for freelance consultants. It connects to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console via OAuth to automatically generate branded PDF reports.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts.
  • One account per person. You may not share accounts.

4. Plans and billing

  • Free plan: 1 client, unlimited reports, “Powered by GaugeSEO” watermark. No credit card required.
  • Freelance plan: $29/month or $290/year, up to 5 clients, full white-label with no watermark, one-click PDF delivery to clients.
  • Agency plan: $69/month or $690/year, unlimited clients, full white-label, one-click PDF delivery, and automated monthly report sending with branded sender name.
  • Billing is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Connect Google accounts you do not have authorization to access.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the Service’s APIs.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful or infringes third-party rights.

6. Google API compliance

Your use of features that access Google data is also subject to the Google Terms of Service. You represent that you have the right to authorize GaugeSEO to access the Google Analytics and Search Console properties you connect.

7. Intellectual property

The GaugeSEO brand, interface, and codebase are owned by MKSolutions. You retain ownership of your agency assets (logo, brand colors) and the reports generated from your data.

8. Availability and SLA

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is”. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access, with notice where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
